Building Surveying

Building Surveys provide information on buildings to assess and report on defects with the existing structure or assist in the refurbishment, alteration or development of a new structure.

Party Wall

The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 establishes a legal framework for avoiding and resolving conflicts when constructing party or boundary walls or excavating near neighbouring structures.

The OM Group work with an experienced network of professional Party Wall Surveyors, providing all professional services required under the Act.  This includes providing advice and guidance to our clients on their obligations and rights; reviewing project schemes and designs; service the relevant notices and preparing the right awards.
